Sustainable Space

The grade A office space at Paradise is spread across a range of buildings, each offering highly sustainable space with wellbeing and environmental credentials built in from the start and with a wealth of amenities and services available on site.

Being at the heart of the city puts people alongside place as the two essential elements of any successful destination.

Paradise is already home to a mix of occupiers including PwC, DLA Piper, Knights and Mazars as well as restaurants like Dishoom, Rosa’s Thai Café and soon to be joined by Vinoteca.

The Masterplan

The masterplan comprises 10 individually designed new buildings and three new squares set in outstanding public space.

Accessibility and connectivity are at the heart of the plan, opening up new vistas and pedestrian routes across the city.

Paradise is to be completed over three phases, the first of which has been completed and delivered two new office buildings overlooking the transformed public realm at Chamberlain Square.

The next building, One Centenary Way is already under construction and planning permission is in place for Octagon – the first pure residential octagonal high-rise building in the world which will provide 370 spacious new Build to Rent homes.

The final elements of Phase Two will include Three Chamberlain Square, a 152-bed boutique hotel and new public squares and spaces.

One Centenary Way

One Centenary Way, the next building at Paradise is underway and will deliver 280,000 sq ft of space in early 2023.
