Goslings Come to Milton Park

If you travel through from the east entrance to the Park, you may have noticed that we have some very special visitors here at the moment.
There is a family of Geese, two adults and six goslings, which have made their home in the small water reserve near KidsUnlimited.
Please do not disturb them, as the adult geese are very protective at this time.
These geese are called the Canada goose and eat vegetation such as roots, grass, leaves and seeds. The goslings can take six to eight weeks before they are fully fledged.
