The Highways Agency has told us that they will be carrying out a major maintenance scheme to resurface a section of both the north and southbound carriageways of the A34 between Beedon (West Berkshire) and Chilton (Oxfordshire).
The “Veg Van” is a community-owned mobile shop bringing you the best seasonal fruit and veg from local producers. The van is run by Cultivate, a not for profit social enterprise, owned by the co-operative and run and financed by its members.
Did you know here at Milton Park we have more space dedicated to books than the British Library? Thanks to Marston Book Service, Bookpoint, Spring Training Books and Taylor & Francis we are one of the major publishing/book centres in the UK.
The sun looks like it might be willing to make an appearance during August, and with the school summer holidays now here, the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust has a variety of events planned for the month.
