Access to the upper and lower car park is controlled by a barrier and access entry system. The required code is communicated to occupiers, who are responsible for managing the allocation of their spaces as specified in their lease. Visitors and contractors should be accommodated within each occupiers allocated spaces.
Deliveries/taxis are requested to use the ‘drop off’ lay by in front of Building 5. Disabled spaces should not be used by anyone other than disabled permit holders.
We take pride in maintaining the appearance and safety of Leavesden Park and therefore do not permit the disposal of rubbish or the washing of cars in the car park. We ask that the speed limit of 10 mph be adhered to and that access routes are not obstructed. If an occupiers car breaks down in the car park please inform Security.
