Hillington-based Gordon Leslie Group has pledged £1,000 to the father of a three-year-old Scottish boy whose life-saving bone marrow transplant was made possible by an anonymous stem cell donor on the Anthony Nolan Trust register.
The father is running the London marathon in April to raise funds for the Trust, and the story in the Herald last month prompted Craig Leslie to make the generous donation if his company‘s name is on the runner’s vest.
