Chineham Parklife prohibits the listing or sale of any item that is illegal to sell under any applicable law, statute or regulation. It is your responsibility to sell only legal goods and services. You must make sure that what you list for sale on this website is legal and conforms in all respects to all relevant laws and regulations. Items prohibited or restricted for posting on this service include but are not limited to:
- counterfeit or knock-off goods
- stolen goods
- fireworks, explosives, and hazardous materials
- gambling items
- goods made from protected animal/plant species
- hacking/surveillance/interception/descrambling equipment
- illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, steroids, and other controlled substances
- offensive material (items that promote hatred, violence, racism, or intolerance)
- prescription/OTC drugs and medical devices
- recalled items
- stocks, bonds, securities
- weapons and ammunition
- the sale of alcohol to persons not of lawful age
- the sale of tobacco products to persons not of lawful age
- loans, finance, credit or lending of any kind.
As a condition of your use this classified section you agree that you will not:
- transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information or material of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law
- transmit any material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including material which is an invasion of any privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trade mark or any other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or relevant right holder

- download any file posted by any other user if you know, or reasonably ought to know, that the file cannot legally be distributed in such manner.
