New M&S Simply Food Store Opens it's Doors in Chineham

Marks & Spencer opened its brand new Simply Food store at the Chineham Shopping Centre in Basingstoke, last Wednesday.
Store Manager, Kate Lismore-John officially launched the 11,800 sq ft store with a traditional ribbon cutting ceremony attended by colleagues and a crowd of eager customers, who were keen to be amongst the first shoppers to get a glimpse of the new store.
The new store is split across two levels and has an 80-seat M&S Café on the mezzanine level, where specially trained baristas serve a selection of hot and cold drinks and a delicious range of M&S sandwiches, pastries and cakes. The new store also benefits from an in-store bakery that offers a range of specialty breads, pastries and cakes. All bread can be freshly sliced in-store by trained staff.
More than 4,000 products are available at M&S Simply Food Chineham including ready meals, fresh produce, sandwiches, salads and snacks, as well as the popular Simply Fuller For Longer and Bistro ranges. The store also offers an assortment of cards, gift wrap and freshly cut flowers.
Customers can benefit from the convenience of 800 free car parking spaces located at the shopping centre, along with later store opening hours until 8pm Monday – Saturday. Food ordering and Shop Your Way, M&S ordering and collection service, are also available in store where customers can pick up online orders from www.marksandspencer.com.
