The Elmwood area of Chineham Park has welcomed four new occupiers to its enterprise hub of four office suites within the last six months.
GIST People Services moved to the park in December 2009, with the remainder of the building let in three suites to Hello Paris, a globally recognised supplier of essential Paris extras to independent travellers, Markwins International, who are relocating from larger premises in Wade Road, Basingstoke and Grafton Merchandising, a major company in the building and plumbers merchants industry.
Rupert Batho, managing director for MEPC Chineham Park, said: “To achieve these results so quickly demonstrates that our decision to offer flexible office space is entirely in tune with the current economic conditions. The decision to split the building has resulted in it being fully occupied within six months and this endorses our flexible leasing product, known as Greenlite, which is available in other buildings across Chineham Park.”
