MEPC has owned Chineham Park since 1997 and continually invested in additional properties and improved amenities for existing and new customers.
We understand the issues that business face in a constantly changing economic climate and work with our occupiers to provide accommodation suitable to their needs with flexible lease terms. We also recognise the importance of recruiting and retaining staff and this year have established an online careers portal, a new recruitment support service and a training facility on site for the benefit of our occupiers and their people.
We work hard to continually improve our levels of engagement and customer satisfaction. The 2009 occupier survey revealed that Chineham Park had a satisfaction level of 96% as a place to work. Other specific areas that met or exceeded satisfaction were the landscaping (99%); courtesy coach service (97%); on site management (98%) and security (94%). These factors combined with our proactive policy of customer engagement have helped us retain 100% of our occupiers at lease expiry or break over the twelve months to June 2009.
