BCO Win for MEPC!

For the second year in a row MEPC was celebrating after winning at the prestigious awards ceremony held last night by the British Council for Offices.

Following last year’s successful trio for Birchwood Park, MEPC's 38,000 sq ft speculative office building 97 Milton Park at Abingdon in Oxfordshire won the South of England and South Wales regional award in the Commercial Workplace category from the UK's leading office industry organisation.

Rick de Blaby, Chief Executive at MEPC, said: “Our aim at MEPC is to provide business estates that offer sustainable developments of a superior quality to those available elsewhere in the region. To achieve this once was magnificent but to win this award for a second year in a row is outstanding and confirms that our standards continue to advance others.”

James Dipple, Managing Director of Milton Park, said: “Developing first-class office buildings that go beyond the requirements of our customers is our ultimate endeavour, and it is gratifying that we have achieved recognition for our ability and accomplishments.“

Chairman of the judges Ron German commented: “The judges were looking for excellence in architecture, clarity of purpose from those commissioning the building, ingenuity of the product, clever design solutions, delivery on time and budget and that special aspect of a project that makes it a delightful and productive place to work.”
