Milton Park Welcomes Back Chartered Building Surveyor David Kemp
03/10/2008
Following a year’s absence, chartered building surveyor David Kemp has moved his business back to Milton Park.
Kemp had been a resident of the park as part of chartered surveyor partnership Kemp and Naish since 1986. Following the move to go solo last year, Kemp took offices in central Abingdon.
However the new office proved to be less than ideal with major problems relating to access and the high price of parking. As a chartered building surveyor Kemp is required to frequently visit and inspect properties but during his occupation in Abingdon, he found it increasingly difficult to quickly and easily reach these.
Kemp has now returned, with Milton Park providing him with the ideal office space at Number 185 Milton Park, alongside easy access, parking and amenities.
Kemp comments: “My year’s sabbatical from Milton Park was an eye opener. Having been very used to the park, it was a shock moving to a town location with all the difficulties and costs involved with commuting and getting around. Now that I am back on Milton Park I have the ideal location and space, removing all of my previous difficulties, and leaving me best able to provide a professional and personal service to my clients.”
Kemp is mainly involved with commercial and industrial premises and high value residential properties. Since the mid 1980’s, Kemp’s clients have included MEPC Milton Park, for whom he has surveyed many buildings across the park.
