The Park Club is a popular health and fitness club based in Unit 17 on the business and science park. It has excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, fitness and aerobics areas, sauna and steam room. There is also a sports clinic and physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors available for treatments.

The Park Club offers a special discounted rate of £36 per month for all employees on Milton Park, including their partners/family members.
