James  Dipple

James is a chartered surveyor and has over 35 years' experience in commercial property. He joined MEPC in 2008 as a main Board Director and Managing Director for Milton Park and Silverstone Park before being promoted to CEO in 2014. In a previous role he led Milton Park’s modernisation between 1997 and 2001, and was instrumental in developing a number of well-known business parks in the UK whilst a commercial partner at Strutt and Parker. James has a keen interest in architecture and the built environment. He is a mentor for students studying Land Management at University of Reading where he gained his degree. In his spare time James enjoys sailing and cycling.

Chris  Sills

Chris has worked for MEPC since 1987 and for over 12 years as leasing manager for industrial space at Milton Park. An experienced chartered surveyor and RICS Fellow, he has a broad range of skills embracing the property spectrum and complementing MEPC's business philosophy. Chris has expert understanding of the leasing sector and is proud of forging excellent client relationships.

In his spare time Chris is treasurer for his local village hall and enjoys sea kayaking, ski touring and walking.

Philip  Campbell

Philip joined MEPC in 2006 with nearly 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate. Philip works alongside the asset management team, developing relationships with potential clients and looking after large offices and laboratories at Milton Park. He is passionate about helping businesses with their evolving accommodation needs and enjoys demystifying complex real estate issues to make office moving easier.
Philip is an active figure within the local community and can often be seen jogging round Milton Park at lunchtimes.

Paul  Pavia

Paul joined MEPC in 2008, having built up 15 years’ experience working for a property consultancy. He believes that building developments should balance the requirements of fine architecture with ease of use, appropriateness for the working environment, and durability. Paul has led development projects at Chineham Park, Granta Park, Wellington Place and Milton Park.
Paul’s leisure interests include cycling, running and skiing.

Roz  Bird

Roz is a qualified marketer and has a degree in Estate Management. In 2007 she joined MEPC and in 2011 became Estate Director at Granta Park where she was instrumental in creating a special science community.

In June 2012 MEPC sold Granta Park and Roz then became Head of Business Development, working across the MEPC portfolio formulating and implementing MEPC good practice in business park management.

In March 2014, following MEPC's acquisition of 131 acres of development land around the Silverstone Circuit, Roz became Commercial Director of Silverstone Park.

Jo  Szegota

Jo has worked at MEPC for seven years, moving to Milton Park in 2009 from MEPC’s Chineham Park, Basingstoke. Before joining MEPC she was a SEGRO estate manager at Slough Trading Estate and a client-side estates surveyor for the Midcounties Co-operative. Jo is head of the Innovation Centre where she works with over 100 small business customers.

Jo is interested in the psychology of learning and is training to become a qualified dressage coach. She also trains her own horses.

Ben  Leefield

Ben joined MEPC in 2015, having previously worked for Mercedes-Benz Retail Group and a regional commercial developer. He is passionate about creating high quality and efficient working environments which meet occupier’s needs. Ben’s experience includes refurbishment, fit-out and new commercial development work.

His leisure interests include spending quality time with his family, squash and skiing.

Miles  Jones

Miles joined MEPC in 2013 and works in the development team, managing new build and refurbishment projects across the portfolio. Prior to this Miles worked for a national retailer and more recently for a leading property advisory firm. Miles has spent much of his career working with Tenants, providing them with high quality working environments.

Miles' interests outside of work include rock climbing, white water kayaking and skiing.

Nancy  Apperley

Nancy has worked for the marketing department at MEPC since 2012. Nancy’s role is to encourage people across Milton Park, from the management team to the newest client, to develop relationships with one another, building a sense of community. Nancy has recently completed her CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing.

In her spare time Nancy plays netball three times a week and enjoys the gym and keeping fit.

Adam  French

Adam joined MEPC in 2011 as Accounts Assistant for Milton Park. Adam is responsible for managing invoice processing across the growing client base and also handles the varied accounting queries that can arise from any of the 220+ businesses across the Park. Like his colleagues at Milton Park, Adam believes in the importance of establishing a good rapport with clients and helping to create a strong community spirit.

Adam is AAT qualified and is currently studying towards his
ACCA qualification.

Emily  Day

Emily joined MEPC in March 2014 as office assistant. She previously worked for an IT company where she was an office administrator and came to MEPC looking to progress her career. Emily is now PA to CEO, James Dipple, based at Milton Park where she is kept busy through managing James’ schedule of weekly visits to Milton Park, Silverstone Park and Wellington Place.

In her spare time Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the theatre and concerts.

Nicola  Derek

Nicola joined MEPC very recently in April 2014 as Team Secretary to the Asset Management team, which she is finding very interesting and enjoyable. Nicola has previously worked as an administrator at Critchleys and Oxford University Press so she brings a wealth of administrative experience with her.

Away from the office all Nicola’s spare time is taken up with her young daughter, although when she does have a rare spare moment she enjoys reading.
