MEPC’s development of Silverstone Park has been shortlisted for two accolades at the high-profile Property Marketing Awards to be held later this month in London.

The project is a finalist in both the ‘Best Website: Corporate or Project’ and ‘Best Marketing Campaign: Mixed Use, including Regeneration’ categories.

The PMAs celebrate the year’s very best, most effective, as well as the most innovative and creative marketing campaigns around the UK property industry. Judged by marketing professionals at the top of their respective fields, the awards are designed to encourage excellence. Now in their 23rd year, the PMAs are also a barometer of changing trends in the sector.

This year’s ceremony, on 25 June, will be held at Euston Square, London and hosted by well-known TV broadcaster and business correspondent Steph McGovern.

“So to see all that effort recognised with two nominations at the Property Marketing Awards is very rewarding, although the hard work does not stop there – Silverstone Park continues to develop at a rapid pace and already we are working on the next phase of our marketing strategy for the estate.”
