MEPC has a significant ongoing investment and development programme at Hillington Park, Glasgow. Our business plan is to continue to renovate and upgrade older existing buildings as well as implementing a succession of new office and industrial developments throughout the business park.

The aim is to offer a wide variety of units to let or rent in order to meet demand from all sectors of the local economy, from starter units for sole proprietors through to headquarter buildings for national and international companies.

The largest development scheme in the pipeline is the first phase of Grade A offices on the strategic M8 frontage land.
