Grant has overall responsibility for the Park and MEPC’s on site team.

He is responsible for setting and implementing the management strategy for MEPC’s portfolio and in particular for the development programme to provide new office, industrial and amenity accommodation.

He is responsible for our existing industrial and office portfolio on the Park, handling letting renewals, rent reviews and refurbishments.

Alison’s role includes coordinating local sales and marketing activity and working to ensure that MEPC’s sustainability objectives are met.

This includes environmental initiatives, green travel planning and energy conservation .She is also responsible for the managed office accommodation at the Merlin Business Centre.
