Riverside consists of three attractive, new, flexible buildings of office and laboratory space.
Each building has been designed to split into six separate office units; two on each floor with the range of units from 2,650 sq ft to 4,500 sq ft. Whole floors and a series of floors can also be accommodated for larger companies.

Triple-sealed, double-glazed windows provide a system for maximum air tightness. Windows facing south, west and east are fitted with a solar control finish to reduce glare and solar gain. Radiators include thermostatic valves to enable localized temperature control. Recognition lighting is fitted throughout.
