Granta Park Appoints Top Class Agency Team

MEPC Granta Park has appointed national agents Cushman and Wakefield and local agents Jeffersons to create a top class team to add further focus and energy to the current marketing activity at Granta Park.

“With current occupiers expanding, the Riverside Development on schedule for completion in December and planning consent for a further 330, 000 sq ft on Granta Park Phase II, we need a top class agency team to work with us. The combination of Cushman and Wakefield’s national and international experience and Jefferson’s excellent local reputation means we now have a team which can add further focus and energy to the current marketing activity and help us to get the message out locally, nationally and internationally that Granta Park is the gold standard in science park design and development.” John Granger, Managing Director, MEPC Granta Park

'We are delighted to have been asked to join the team at this exciting stage in the development of Granta Park. We look forward to building on the success of one of the U.K's premier science and research parks and bringing more of the world's leading companies to the scheme.' Ben Cullen, MRICS, Partner, National Office Agency
