Andrew joined MEPC in April 2010 as Managing Director of Granta Park and Wellington Place. Career began in sports marketing before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor at King Sturge. Expertise in investment management and real estate transactions as a Director at ING Real Estate and Consultant at Hermes Fund Managers. Passions outside business include family and a variety of equestrian activities.

Roz graduated from Hull University with an MA in European Politics in 1996. Over the last 11 years she has worked in a number of project management roles in Cambridge, London and Sheffield. In 2007 she achieved the Professional Diploma in Marketing. Roz joined the Granta Park team in August 2007 and qualified as a surveyor in 2010.

Granta Park, Cambridge has a professional on-site management team available every day of the working week to offer help and support to the current occupiers and their employees. We have a 'hands on' approach to all aspects of development and management of the science park from working with potential new occupiers through to managing facilities once they are up and running.
The Granta Park team also extends beyond the central office staff to areas such as security, catering, cleaning, landscaping and much more. A wealth of experience has taught us how best to manage the science park in order to support and maintain a Science Park that is truly centred on Science.
