Jez Smith, Pinnacle Fitness

Jez Smith, of Pinnacle Fitness, is originally from Zimbabwe, he moved here in 1997.

Jez has been in the fitness industry for 10 years and is Premier qualified.

He enjoys seeing people he works with achieve results through their own hard work and determination.

He will provide the knowledge, advice, motivation and progression while keeping things as realistic as possible for each individual.

Other services Jez can offer are personal training, sports massage, nutrition and body massage.

Jez’s other interests include running, skiing, falconry, natural history and eating.

 

Linda Hones, Perfect Balance 

Linda Hones is a friendly, easy going 45 year old who runs Perfect Balance, which is based in Burwell, just outside Cambridge. Training sessions with Linda will help you to achieve an optimum level of fitness and nutritional balance to suit your lifestyle and abilities.

Qualifications: Premier Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals. Fully insured.

Wendy Jones, personal trainer 

Wendy Jones is a self-employed personal trainer and massage therapist based in Newmarket. I am a friendly and enthusiastic 41 year old. I believe working out should be about keeping fit, having fun and enjoying achieving exercise goals through your own hard work. I am the sports therapist for Newmarket Rugby Club and work as a personal trainer giving health and fitness advice in Newmarket leisure centre.

Qualifications: Premier Diploma in Personal Training and is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals. Fully insured.

Natasha Bull is a lively, outgoing, friendly 32 year old who is founder and director of CoolBull Fitness, based in Balsham.  Originally Natasha is from Russia and moved to the UK in 2000. 

Natasha has always been passionate about fitness and even being a full time mum she still has the energy to organise fitness classes and really enjoys the positive, social and physical nature of her job.

Fully YMCA qualified for the following: Exercise to Music, Circuit Training, Gym Instructor, Resistance Training, Exercise for Children, Fitness FX (Stomp), Group Indoor Cycling.  Member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
