Should I book now?
We strongly advise you to pre book your place in order to avoid unnecessary disappointment as these classes are always very popular!
Will I get sweaty?
You may work up a small sweat depending on your level of fitness, however bums and tums is muscular, while stretching poses little effort.
Should I bring anything?
All equipment is provided, comfortable clothing and a bottle of water is recommended.
Have I got the body?
The atmosphere is relaxed and all eyes are on the instructor. Ego is obsolete in classes, this is a place for results fun and friendliness, and all are very welcome.
What are the instructors like?
Our instructors are established professionals working in the local area and have both been carrying out inductions and personal training sessions for staff at Granta Park since the gym opened last year.
