Fit Ball

This class was so popular we had to have it twice a week!

A 30-40 minute class concentrating on the core but including quads and gluts exercises, with optional weights. Core is your trunk including abdominals, obliques(sides), lower back, Transverse abdominus (TVA) and pelvic floor.

The class will help

  • with core stability and balance,
  • as a stress buster,
  • strengthen your quads,
  • create more toned abs.

Beginners and advanced both welcome.

Circuits

Back by popular demand!

Circuits is aimed at all levels, allowing you to do as much or as little as you want. There are a great range of exercises which can be adapted to suit the individual, making sure everyone gets the most out of the class. Wendy and Linda will push you to achieve your goals and do more than you thought possible.

You can expect to:

  • have fun,
  • gain confidence,
  • give yourself more energy,
  • burn over 400 calories in one session!

Body Conditioning

This class is guaranteed to have you coming back for more!

This is a fast-paced, aerobic style class to music giving you a great cardio-vascular work out. It is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and sexes and will push you to achieve your fitness goals. The class will go at a pace that is comfortable for everyone and is suitable for all levels of fitness. No previous experience necessary. After this class you will feel toned and energised, ready for the weekend!
