Clyde Gateway East is situated approximately four miles south east of Glasgow city centre. The development occupies a strategic location adjacent to Junction 2A of the M74, which is the key element of Glasgow’s ring road and which provides ready access to the city centre and Glasgow International Airport. The Business Park is directly accessed from the A74 London Road.
Public transport is provided via regular bus services on London Road and by rail at Carmyle Station within half a mile of the site. Pedestrian and cycle access is also provided within the estate and surrounding infrastructure, including paths to the River Clyde Walkway.
Amenities nearby include a Premier Inn Hotel and Brewers Fayre hotel and restaurant, fast food outlets, petrol filling station and a local retail offering on Tollcross Road.
