Richard has worked on Chineham Park for over 10 years. He has responsibility for the Park’s estate management which includes the landscaping, running of the multi-occupancy buildings and health and safety. Such a role ensures a high degree of occupier engagement and support.

Customer services are a key area of Wendy’s role, engaging with our occupiers on day to day issues ranging from blood doning to meeting-room bookings. Wendy’s role includes the management of the Park wide Travel Plan, and the promotion of sustainable travel to and from the site, including the provision of the coach services.

Amber is the Marketing Manager for MEPC and is responsible for marketing of the MEPC brand both internally and externally. Amber oversees the monthly internal newsletter and intranet as well as other MEPC Marketing systems.

Amber is also the Marketing Manager at Chineham Park and oversees marketing activity at Leavesden and Callaghan, focusing on marketing these parks to the relevant local, regional and national audiences. The key marketing objectives for these parks are to retain existing occupiers through relationship building activities and attract new leases through a compelling marketing proposition.
