By Car
Chineham Park is less than ten minutes from Basingstoke town centre and five minutes from the M3. The M3 links to London and the M25 to the east, and Southampton and the M27 to the south.The principal access to the Estate is via Crockford Lane at its interchange with the A33

Car share
The Chineham Park car share scheme is available to all companies on the Estate. The service is provided by LiftShare and employees can register for free. Car sharing does not have to be undertaken every day, and can be as flexible as a person wants. By sharing with another person it is possible to halve your petrol costs.

Alternative route
Don’t forget that at peak times drivers can use the alternative vehicle exit to the north of the Estate which goes over the railway line and through Chineham village.

By Bus
Basingstoke’s local bus services, operated by Stagecoach, run between Chineham and Basingstoke town centre, and from the bus station in Festival Place to many local destinations.
The No.1 service runs every 12 minutes from the centre of Basingstoke to Hanmore Road close to the pedestrian entrance to Chineham Park between Cherrywood and Beechwood.

By Bike
Travelling to Chineham Park by bike could not be easier with the on-road cycle lane linking the National Cycle Network Route 23 (N23) to the entrance of Chineham Park.
To the south the N23 route heads into Basingstoke and to the north it runs to Bramley and then onto Reading. The N23 cycle route also links into National Cycle Route N4 which goes westward towards Newbury and eastward towards Maidenhead.

Walk, cycle or run – Fitness First at Spindlewood has kindly offered their showers for Chineham Park employees to use.

By Train
Basingstoke’s railway station is easily accessed from Chineham Park and provides frequent and fast rail connections to many destinations. The station is on the South Western Main Line from London Waterloo, which is served by both local and fast services.
There are also good connections to Winchester, Southampton, Reading, Salisbury, Exeter and Oxford. Basingstoke also provides access to Birmingham and the North West via cross country services operated by Virgin Trains.

By Air
For our occupiers who have overseas offices, or clients who fly in at short notice, Heathrow Airport is less than 40 miles away from Chineham Park, accessed via the M3. Gatwick is also less than 60 miles from the Estate and is easily reached by motoroway. In addition, Southamption Airport is 28 miles to the south of Basingstoke. All airports have excellent links to the road and rail networks.

By Foot
There is a network of public footpaths close to Chineham Park including a footpath and a byway pass through the Estate.
At a normal walking pace it takes only 30 minutes to reach the train station.

Chineham Park has operated a courtesy coach since 2000.
The service operates throughout the day providing an efficient link between Basingstoke town centre (railway station) and Chineham Park. The service is free to all employees and visitors using a coach pass. Employees can obtain coach passes from their employers. Visitors will need to request a coach pass from the company they are visiting.
