Chineham Park, Basingstoke is a well established business park on the M3/M4 corridor. MEPC have owned the Chineham Park since 1997 and we have continually invested in additional properties and improved amenities for our existing and new customers. We work hard to consistently improve our levels of tenant satisfaction. Our 2006 occupier census revealed that Chineham Park occupier satisfaction had an outstanding overall rating of 92%. This included excellent results for satisfaction with the building itself (100%), on-site park management staff (91%), security (89%) and our courtesy coach service (88%). These factors, combined with active on-site management, have helped us retain an impressive average of over 90% of tenants whose agreements come up for renewal.
