As part of the programme to link the revitalised Cardiff Bay with the thriving city centre, Callaghan Square has become an established major new strategic location for national and international business. Grouped around a classically landscaped square adjacent to the bustling city centre, it will offer a combination of highly specified headoffice/ headquarter buildings and easy access to quality amenities.

Several years ago the first completed phase of development, designed by Nicholas Hare Architects, helped speed the momentum of one of Europe's fastest-growing corporate locations. Those office buildings are now currently occupied by Eversheds, Allied Irish Bank and ING Direct. The second phase of development is now complete, resulting in 164,000 sq ft (net internal area) being created across three buildings in Callaghan Square, known as Buildings 3, 4 and 5.

The final phase of development will further enhance the reputation of Callaghan Square as the premiere corporate location in Cardiff.
