As part of the programme to link the revitalised Cardiff Bay with the thriving city centre, Callaghan Square business park will establish a major new strategic location for national and international business. Grouped around a classically landscaped square adjacent to the bustling city centre, it will offer a combination of highly specified headoffice/ headquarter buildings and easy access to quality amenities.

Several years ago the first completed phase of development, designed by Nicholas Hare Architects, helped speed the momentum of one of Europe's fastest-growing corporate locations. Those office buildings are now currently occupied by Eversheds, Allied Irish Bank and ING Direct. Today, our phase is a joint venture with local developer Rightacres Property Co Ltd and will result in 164,000 sq ft (net internal area) being created across three buildings in Callaghan Square by Spring 2008.

Future phases will be brought forward in due course to cement the reputation of Callaghan Square as the premiere corporate location in Cardiff.
