We've spoken to a cross section of people -from one of our newest customers to our longest-standing and some of the people who have been with Birchwood Park since 1998 -to ask them how they think the Park has changed over the years.

We enjoy being based in Chadwick House, particularly as there aren’t many buildings that are so well located in Birchwood with good links to the motorway and rail network. The added benefits of the many on site amenities, together with the excellent management of the building and surrounding park to provide such an attractive environment were also important factors in our decision to move to Birchwood Park.

Chadwick House is an ideal location as it provides plenty of space and offers a great working environment for our team. There are so many on-site facilities available, including Lakeside café, the gym and The Centre. The Park itself is well placed for commuting, with an active Travel Management Plan and easy access to the local motorway network.

Today Team
Established five years ago, Today Team same-day couriers moved from general manager Jon Woodall's spare bedroom to Birchwood Park at the end of 2007. Said Jon: "We were looking for good accessibility to the motorway network and we found it. We also found a prestige address, a great working environment and a growing pool of neighbouring businesses to serve. We look forward to a prosperous future at Birchwood Park."

The Centre's manager Lesley Marsland has worked at Birchwood Park for over 10 years. She's seen many changes during that time and has seen at first hand The Centre's transformation from "a works canteen to an up-market café-bar,restaurant and conference centre". Speaking about its operator Cygnet Foods Ltd, Lesley adds: "The company is really customer focused, so the food and the range of services we provide is flexible, friendly and professional. The Centre is a tremendous asset to the park."

Nuclear, AMEC
The site in 1991 seemed 'uninspiring' to AMEC's Greg Willetts when he started work there. Since then, he's been impressed by the investment and improvements he's witnessed across the site. Said Greg: "I particularly like the way in which the older buildings have been redesigned and modernised. He believes that AMEC benefits greatly from the good motorway access and bus service, as well as from on-site facilities such as the nursery, the gym and fitness centre and The Centre.
