Sustainability is implemented in five areas:

1. Our own premises
2. All buildings and environments which are multi-let and where MEPC is responsible for their management
3. All development of new buildings or refurbishments and infrastructure which we undertake
4. The buildings which are the responsibility of their customers, under their lease obligations (by encouraging and helping them to act in a more sustainable way)
5. Our supply chain
