MEPC is pleased to announce that a progressive step has been taken with its £450 million Wellington Place development in the West End of Leeds. A planning application has been submitted for the first building of the third phase of the dynamic Wellington Place.

The proposed 160,000 sq ft is set to provide Grade A commercial office space as well as 8,000 sq ft of ground floor retail space. It will further enhance Wellington Place's position as the most strategic city centre scheme in recent years.
