Finance Director since January 2006. Experienced financial professional. Previously Chief Financial Officer in the US, Group Financial Analyst and Group Financial Accountant during seven years at Associated British Ports Holdings plc. Qualified Associate Chartered Accountant. 

James Dipple

30 years experience in commercial property. Rejoined MEPC in April 2008, having previously led the modernisation of Milton Park and introduced the bioscience campus concept on the estate between 1997 and 2001. Development Director at Easter Group Ltd and Director at Hines in the interim.

Roger Quince

Before joining MEPC in 1998, Deputy Head of Corporate Development at Dalgety plc, Senior Consultant at JCL and founder and Managing Director of Segal Quince Wicksteed Ltd. Has served on several Government committees. Non-executive director of Oxford Innovation.

Member of the British Property Federation Policy Committee and former Chairman of the Investment Property Forum. Before Hermes, spent 13 years at Jones Lang LaSalle. Founder of Woolgate Property Finance Limited.

Peter Freeman

Alan Cherry

Chairman of Countryside Properties plc. Also on the boards of Kent Thameside Economic Board (as Chairman), Manchester Salford Pathfinder and Medway Renaissance. Active in public affairs and has advised a number of Government agencies on urban regeneration. Founder and former Managing Director of Bairstow Eves. CBE, MBE and Honorary Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
